Combining functional strength training and mobility sessions will provide the tools you need to properly prime and recover each week with no downtime.

This program can be done at home or in the gym with dumbbell and bands. The purpose is progressive overload, as you become stronger increasing the weight or time under tension over the 9 weeks will provide the best results. Each week we introduce new yet familiar movements and challenge your ability to be mobile and build a strong resilient body. Videos tutorials are incorporated into the plan by tapping each exercise.

We wanted to make this program easy to follow for everyone and have included a fitness tracker for your strength training days that you can download or print with each program. Tracking your progress overtime will help you see how far you have come!
