The purpose of this program is to provide an exercise routine that is simple, for all levels of fitness, and sends a muscle building signal to the body. This program requires bands, dumbbells/kettlebells, and barbells. If you don't have a barbell, get creative! You can absolutely complete this 12 week program at home.

We are here to work smarter not harder. That doesn't mean this program is easy by any means! It provides the right dose of exercise to give you more energy, helps improve sleep, and you will build muscle.

Within the 12 weeks you will go through 3 phases. Phase 1 will allow you to build a routine of the best mobility and strength building exercises. Phase 2 ramps up with intensity to improve muscle endurance and full range of motion. Phase 3 is meant to push you to your limits with higher reps, shorter rest period, and become more athletic.
